Understanding and Awareness

Tomboy life

When I was a young girl I always dressed in masculine clothing and people would always call me a boy. I would be bullied everyday just because I felt like the clothes I wore were more comfortable and appealing to me. Until this day, I still find male clothing more comfortable, I still get bullied and bothered by everyone judging me for my own unique style and what makes me comfortable. The only difference is that now I have learned to deal with it by saying, “I like what I like and that’s all that matters. Your opinion doesn’t matter.” Now I feel more comfortable being me.
