COLLECTIVE CONNECTION is a project model that gives Toronto youth an opportunity to share their insights about the cultural shift and personal impacts of the pandemic. The last few years have opened a unique moment in time – a global experience and a chance to reexamine our lives, revealing profound changes in the way we operate. We can see with greater clarity the positive and negative aspects of our former lives. As we continue to understand the impacts from the pandemic on complex social issues, these insights can serve as a reminder that challenges can also create hope. Each story acts as a reflection of different challenges and is a hopeful opportunity to learn and engage with diverse perspectives, creating a deeper understanding about our collective connection.
